Watched you video.
The first thing I noticed was, you need to clean your windshield.
The second thing was, you don't drive so good while holding a phone. Maybe you need to pick one thing and not do the other at the same time.
The third thing was, you are driving through a slight fog bank when it starts out and the get into an area of low clouds. This is why the suns light
varies, of course your moving the camera around doesn't help much.
The clouds, as well as the fog, have areas where it's thickness as well as density changes. This explains much about why there is so much distortion
in the images which you see.
The sun, the only sun, is still shining brightly as it has for many millions of years, and I can assure you it is alone at the center of our solar
There is not a "second sun".
As to your law suit; I don't like lawyers but I also don't like those who would tie up our court system on frivolities.
This will be one big waste of everbodies time.
