you're right...I see a lot of huge yachts tied up to docks...to hell with running for the hills when the SHTF...maybe a 50-footer with all your survival gear loaded up would be a great alternative.

At 350 ft above sea level, I'm not too worried about it.

Where I live used to be beach front property around 25 million years ago anyway.
