The United Nations Security Counsil held an emergency meeting the other day concerning the chemical weapons attack in Syria.

Well you would think that the new U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Samantha Power would at least show up ??

Nope. No dice. Not important enough ?

..... She had a previous engagement !!!!!!

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power did not attend an emergency U.N. Security Council meeting Wednesday, Fox News reported.

The meeting was scheduled to discuss an alleged chemical weapons attack on Wednesday. Power’s decision not to attend drew criticism due to her past statements on Syria.

Power criticized the U.N. Security Council’s lack of action in Syria during her confirmation hearing. She also discussed the country in a Twitter town hall she hosted last week.

A Twitter Town Hall, well I guess that is the best we can
expect from some of these chosen ones, tow the party
line and write what your told!

Perhaps they are all trying to limit the exposure on Syria,
that is my guess.
