Has anyone scene this movie? I was wondering if there was any truth to this theory that there is a 213 digit number that is a code for the bible and gives information about the future. It sounds like the omega code or something. Anyway, I saw this movie a while back and wondered if there was really any truth to the whole thing. If so please foward some info to me as I would love to do some research on the same. I have included a link on the movie and some of the theory that is behind the making of it.

I think there is nothing to this what so ever.

I remember seeing a movie being called something quite the same to the sign that is shown of the movie in question.

It was about the question of God and why man/woman is here and the rest.

It came down to maths and a certain equation solved the answer.

But it could be nonsense or have a meaning ethier way you and I wont know: yet!

No. It's a great (if somewhat disturbing) movie, and the ideas were taken from a number of sources, but it's just a movie and there's nothing to it beyond that. Mathemeticians DO tend to get a bit mystical (I'm married to one and speak from experience) and the Kabbalists did have some interesting beliefs (and still do, though the Internet has not done the original concept any favors. It's hit head-on with the Loonies and some of the stuff that's out there is Real Fruitcakes.)

There are no easy codes to God/Goddess/the Universe/The Force. There's a lot of shallow concepts that will be willing to sell you THEIR answers for money, but those simply give you a "panacea" for your quest. Like the old joke about Chinese food; after a while you'll be hungry again.

Yes I've seen the movie. I liked it, as I am a bit of a Math Theory nut myself. The theory you mention is in fact True, although it is a 216 digit Name of God, not 213. It comes from what is usually called Jewish Mysticism or Kabbalah. It is just one the many Numerically based versions of Kabbalah 'Magick' using the Names of God.

EDIT: Let me just clear up one thing. When I say that the 216 Letter Name of God Theory is TRUE, I meant that it is TRUE that there is in fact that specific Theory. I'm not in any way meaning that the Theory itself is Correct. Just thought I'd clear that up so as not to give anyone the wrong idea!!!
