off topic and quotes

Once in awhile a quote catchs my eye, and my exitement to post it.
Researching "quotes" on ATS, I find that quotes are banished to off topics / general chit chat and not left on the front page. Surely many quotes are front page,"conspiracy discussion" recent post worthy, are they not ?
The mods have the power to delete a whole thread or a single post. Why not have a conspiracy disussion thread on the front page for quotes. Quotes express how people think, feel and believe, is that not what motivates discussion on ATS ?

My quote for today.

Anti, U.S. known #Terroisit backed U.S. anti Asad #Rebels be considred a quote ?

I can't even come up with a good response I'm only responding because off topic is in the title and I am off topic I have to go and start making an omelet for our supper now. That should be enough to get my post removed from a thread called off topic.
