I just want to toss in here that the "i" information pages from the top right Icon show a display of information better than what I've seen before.

If you log-out and go through the new account process, it carries the same clean theme, and includes a new feature to instantly check if a username already exists before you submit.

To me, on a laptop, everything seems HUGE. Replying via the new ATS to test things out. I'm not sure about it. Will there be an option to stick to "ATS Classic?"

JUST found the i button, when its next to the twitter/facebook/youtube icons i assume it's some other social network I don't know about yet. It's fabulous full of info it should be easier to see.

I'm on the iPad. I see no changes at all????? Same icons, ribbon, everything.........still can't read any messages from iPad.....

The drop down arrow doesn't work in the menu.

If it's not working, then you must have your JavaScript disabled.

The site looks cool, dark button on is a must.

It makes ATS look more modern I think, time to build a new tin foil hat to go along with the new digs.

I absolutely love it!!!

It took me some time to look around and get used to it, but after half an hour, I felt comfortable using it and I liked the part that says :

"their oddly calculated karma points"

when you hover over the lightning bolt (before it was shown as 'K') on anyone's avatar.

I like how our information is displayed on our avatars.
I also liked 'my ATS' page much better, and thought it looked more modern.

Anyways, long story short I really like it, the only thing I didn't like was the harsh white color, but as soon as I changed it to dark grey it was fine.

Do not seem to be holding. I have changed my location, and my background text and color. None hold.

I will verify any of this at home on a MAC, Tablet or Windows 7.

p.s. MESSAGES...

DELETE ALL button or option PLEASE! Or at least check boxes or something better to manage them!

Please correct me if I am wrong- I thought we made the message light to flash red or what not?

I sent a couple u2u's to myself to test it but it looks like it only changes to a static black.

Is there something we can do to make it more noticeable?

And of course, the site is GORGEOUS! Can't wait!!!

Ignore what I said about the text on the home page being hard to read, I had my brightness turned all the way down (facepalm)

What are the little icons next to some of the thread names on the recent posts page? I see a flag, a vertical banner, and conversation bubbles.

The threads that have those are also a different color. Was this on the old/current version as well and I just never noticed?

If you hover over the icons, they tell you after a moment what they are for.

I like it. its sleek and to the point

Trying to remain on the lighter side is much like culture shock for me.
I'll try using the toggle often but, my cursor seems to wander after the
button when I go light. I don't see a cursor adjustment anywhere but
hey, having an option between the L&D doesn't suck. I think the make
over was do and done, with great consideration and respect. I'd come
here if it were dressed up in red, white and pink frankly. But I am
glad that isn't a worry. Glad we have a choice, rather than just
changing the color scheme on us. That would've been slightly
brutal .

But what is the reason you want us to go light OP. ?

Vertical banner = a thread that you've subscribed to

Flag = a thread with lots of flags

Speech bubbles = a thread with lots of replies

You call those emoticons? OMG!!!! LOL Are we really stuck with those? Why are the letters so big in here when I am replying but once posted they are so tiny? Is there an option to change the size?

Sorry but I like the old forum/site better.
