You know it's funny, I noticed that there was a lot left out about the alleged murderers. I read multiple articles before I found one that showed a picture of the murderers. If you are wondering here is a link.

From the Herald Sun

Seems to me to be more about "thug culture" than gun culture.

Why when a heinous crime like this is committed has the US media refused to show pictures of the alleged perpetrators when they are black? It's gotten to the point that you can identify the the group a suspect belongs to by the omission of this fact. The only other group of people that get this deference seems to be illegal aliens. Still waiting to see if that chase that ended up killing a family of six in Texas involved an illegal.

I was wondering how the boys got a weapon. I then went to the link listed and the picture defined why I haven't heard anything on the MSM about this.

Now I understand.

Winning is the only option? What?
We don't even keep score anymore, it might hurt someones feelings.

What? In pro sports winning is the only option! In High School sports, scores are kept.
What are you talking about? Hurt feelings?

Ever been to a T-ball game? Youth soccer? No scores are kept. (officially, of course the kids keep track) And they are doing it so the kid's feelings aren't hurt. That is what we are told, as coaches.

Say what you will about why this happened, but I'm willing to bet that the motivating cause for the actual deed was racial.

You figure out or argue over the details of why.

If the MSM avoids this story like the plague, and does not state the races, you will know why.

If everyone was allowed to make the choice to arm and defend themselves, thugs wouldn't feel so safe that they would be the only one's around with a weapon to do harm to another.

These are the "Outlaws" referred to when one says "When guns are outlawed, then only outlaws will have guns".

Guns don't kill people, people with guns kill people. A gun is just a tool, they could have just as well used a 1/2" drive ratchet and attained pretty much the same result.

Baseball bats are frequently used by thugs to beat defenseless old homeless guys down in Florida, rocks too, but of course that isn't newsworthy because it would scare the tourists.

Self defense needs to be a RIGHT, not a privilege that one pays to attain a permit for. Background checks and so on don't make any difference to those who don't care to follow the law, outlaws will do what they want regardless of the rules, while law abiding citizens keep becoming targets.

If this guy wasn't some Pseudo-Famous whatever, this wouldn't even be discussed here because just a poor homeless guy, or other unimportant soul's murder would barely be what is termed as "Newsworthy". This stuff happens everywhere all the time.

Anti-gun laws didn't help in Australia, by the way,.........

When these 3 get to prison I suspect they will try to look like bad a**es because they murdered someone. I really hope it gets known that they are cowards that killed a person by shooting him in the back. That should go over well.

This is ridiculous- the guy was shot in the back. More weapons don't make society safer, just the opposite. If guns were rare gun crime would be rare too.

When I was growing up, not only did my parents raise me to have respect and compassion for people, I spent the first 5 or 6 years of schooling in a catholic school. There was no tolerance whatsoever for any kind of disrespect or violence for your fellow classmates. Even calling someone a bad name was a no no and the whole class would have a discussion and talking to about it. You don't have to be religous to appreciate the wisdom there.

Even after school hours, we had organizations that offered things for kids for free or low cost. When I got to regular school I couldn't believe the difference. Kids had knives and fights all the time, kids were bullied and beat up.

Today there is so much violence and a lack of compassion and empathy. We need to keep our kids on a path of wisdom and compassion. We need to give them hope for their futures and help light their way.

I believe you are spot on.

The core of the problem with today's youth is parenting, or the lack thereof.

It seems as if society produces offspring and at a point expect them to raise themselves, left to the own devices and to peers for influence and guidance through their most important years, the saddest thing of all is that while not all children are raised this way, too many are, and they are the future... It's not only the damaged economy, debt and bleak outlook we have left them to deal with, they may not have the skills to deal with it... If we fail to help them build a brighter future for them individually and collectively then the future for this nation may be lost.

I watch movies with gun violence. But I haven't killed anyone yet. And I have been really ticked off by people.

They've said things that I would understandably kill them for, and yet all I do with people like that is don't talk to them.

These kids were simply bored.

Curious.

But in an Islamic nation where they publicly execute people for murder I doubt these kids wouldn't have been able to find something else to do when they were bored.

There is no fear. Why? There are no consequences.

I mean if the pink teddy bear opened up a sinkhole underneath them, or a silver bee launched a filesonic, pedo-bear meteor in their direction they might flinch.

If the thugs were concerned that maybe the target, or anyone nearby were armed and able to defend themselves, or him, being the cowards they obviously are, they may not have done it at all.

They KNEW they would be able to get away with it, at least for a short time.

People who do not understand this tend to be very opinionated against self defense through ignorance and inexperience.

Whatever....

The USA opted out of Christianity and look what it got them.

Um...the USA is full of Christians, it is the dominant religion.

But anyway, more secular countries have a MUCH lower crime rate than America so.......

Perhaps you missed your leaders speech where he declared America no longer a Christian nation? Or maybe your television or radio is broken, and you are unaware of what is popular in music or entertainment? You obviously have the internet, maybe you weren't aware that America's #1 export is porn?

Thank God. Why would you want a bunch of rape supporters running around watching Benny Hinn concerts with his pompadoor hair and invisible chi whammies?

I say parade more nuns around the streets naked in Egypt.

Let these people know that child molestation and rape won't be tolerated under the guise of freedom of religion.

If the religion doesn't support the law and encourages felony sexual conduct like rape. Run the adults out and shoot them before their Christian Jesus freaks rape your daughters. Their children will get the hint.

Maybe tornado their behinds, open a sinkhole underneath them, launch a meteor over their heads, shut down their roadways with rainfall, or knock out their powerplants with a surplus army depot that overheats like Cypress, then seize their money and tax their pink teddy bear worshipping behinds back to the stone age.

It's gotten to the point that you can identify the the group a suspect belongs to by the omission of this fact.
Or they are illegal aliens, if you live in California and looking at mainstream media.

The fact that they were posting their "exploits" on Facebook indicates that there is a thug culture that supports randomly killing people just because they are white, what they call "polar bear hunting".

Lack of gun laws is not the problem because, according to already existing laws, none of them should have owned a gun.

Lets dial this back for a moment.

First of all, this is tragic. A young man in the peak of his health and vitality, shot, IN THE BACK, by three youths out for a lark.

However, do not, not for one moment, attempt to blame media and entertainment for this total travesty. I play computer games, have been playing them for longer than the murdering d-bags who shot this man, have even been alive, and I have never killed anyone. I have been watching television, seeing movies, reading sci-fi, horror, and even the odd pathology manual, just for kicks. If there was the possibility that these media influences were going to affect people in such a drastic way, then I would be elbow deep in other peoples intestinal contents right now.

In short, that arguement can go hang.

The fact of the matter is, that each persons actions are THIER OWN responsibility, unless they are some sort of insane. These folks are not insane. They knew the difference between right and wrong, and chose wrong. They are BASTARDS, not victims, and to treat them as part of the abused party in this matter is VILE and disgusting, not to mention foolish. Raise your damn game people.

I think

It IS

BOTH/AND.

Yes, folks are complicit in being overly manipulatable sheeple.

However, the oligarchy HAS

1. brainwashed
2. propagandized
3. seeded
4. conditioned
5. glorified
6. lauded
7. exemplified

--MIGHT MAKES RIGHT
--rebellion is fun
--violence solves problems
--anger is fun
--murder is thrilling
--etc. etc.

In literally MILLIONS of ways and means, incidents, media etc. including computer games.

AND

THEY HAVE

set up

HORRENDOUS EPIDEMIC PROPORTIONS AND DEGREES OF

ATTACHMENT DISORDER

leaving most of the population feeling worthless and vainly groping about for any means of becoming significant

even if it is only 15 min of fame from blowing someone away.

Soooooooooo it is both.

Just as parents are not 100% responsible for their children's acting out as adults . . . neither are they 0.0000% responsible.

We all bear responsibility for our actions.

AND none of us came out of the womb mass murderers.

I can't believe they won't be facing the death penalty. It's Oklahoma. God, guns and BBQ.

Oh and crossbows, apparently.

OKC has some very unsavory parts to it, with active gangs of various ethnic backgrounds. There were some neighborhoods over by the zoo that we just didn't drive through.

There really isn't anything to do in OKC except get into trouble (from what I saw my week I stayed there). So, you probably end up with high drug abuse rates -- and I'm willing to bet teen pregnancy is a huge problem there as well.
