Our President has apparently had it up to here with Congress.

He will act on his own, and in our best interests.

BOULDER, Colo. | EPA chief Gina McCarthy said Wednesday that the Obama administration is finished waiting for Congress to act on climate change and plans to bypass the legislative branch in developing a federal response.

Ms. McCarthy, who was confirmed last month as Environmental Protection Agency administrator, cited President Obama’s June 25 speech at Georgetown University, in which he unveiled his Climate Action Plan and vowed to make combatting climate change a priority of his second term.

Mr. Obama gave “what I really think is a most remarkable speech by a president of the United States,” said Ms. McCarthy in remarks at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Chalk another one up for this Administration then, as Obamas plan
for Climate Change is going to kill hundreds millions of birds and bats!

President Obama's Climate Plan Would Kill Hundreds Of Millions Of Birds And Bats

The numbers reveal that President Obama’s global warming plan will kill hundreds of millions of birds and bats while doing little if anything to reduce global temperatures.

Even if no new wind turbines are ever built, turbine blades will slice 14 million birds and bats to death in mid-flight during the next decade.

Most everyone, even the Global Warming crowd finds this unacceptable!
Not even addressing the fact that even the Warmists have backed off from
the doom scenario once peddled to the public.

If global warming actually threatened to destroy the planet, perhaps we would have to sacrifice so many birds and bats for the cause. But the reality is just the opposite. United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) lead author Hans von Storch conceded earlier this month that computer models predicting significant future global warming cannot replicate recent temperatures and likely need to be adjusted downward to predict less warming.

The eco systems are already in peril from the onslaught of GMO pesticides,
what will we call this? Ecosystem Gate? Bird Gate?

Add this to that long terrible list, arg!

Both fascist's they have done such an awesome some ruining this country now they have set loftier goals,

RUIN the world under the false pretense of saving the 'little' people.

Well the little people are the ones who are going to be suffering the most.

We are doomed.

Because the head of the executive branch should have no control over the executive branch.

Either he's a terrible leader or he's a tyrant. He can't be both.

Yes, the fourth branch of government, the Regulatory Branch, issues 3,000+ new laws per year.

Completely unconstitutional.

Tyrants generally are terrible leaders.
