In June of 1947 Albert Einstein and J. Robert Oppenheimer together wrote a TOP SECRET six page document entitled "Relationships with Inhabitants of
Celestial Bodies".
It says the presence of unidentified spacecraft is accepted as de facto by the military.
It also deals with the subjects that you would expect competent scientists to deal with - i.e., where do they come from, what does the law say about
it, what should we do in the event of colonization and/or integration of peoples, and why are they here?
Finally, the document addresses the presence of celestial astroplanes in our atmosphere as a result of actions of military experiments with fission
and fusion devices of warfare.
Einstein and Oppenheimer encourage consideration of our potential future situation and safety due to our present and past actions in space. How can we
avoid a perilous fate?
Extract majestic document:
Relationships with extraterrestrial men presents no basically new problem from the standpoint of international law; but the possibility of confronting
intelligent beings that do not belong to the human race would bring up problems whose solution it is difficult to conceive.
In principle, there is no difficulty in accepting the possibility of coming to an understanding with them, and of establishing all kinds of
relationships.
If these intelligent beings were in possession of a more or less culture, and a more or less perfect political organization, they would have an
absolute right to be recognized as independent and sovereign peoples.
Another possibility may exist, that a species of homo sapiens might have established themselves as an independent nation on another celestial body in
our solar system and evolved culturely independently from ours.
Living conditions on these bodies lets say the moon,-or the planet Mars, would have to be such as to permit a stable, and to a certain extent,
independent life, from an economic standpoint.
Much has been speculated about the possibilities for life existing outside of our atmosphere and beyond, always hypothetically. Lets assume that
magnesium silicates on the moon may exist and contain up to 13 per cent water. Using energy and machines brought to the moon, perhaps from a space
station, the rooks could be broken up, pulverized, and then backed to drive off the water of crystallization. This could be collected and then
decomposed into hydrogen and oxygen, using an electric. current or the short wave radiation of the sun. The oxygen could be used for breathing
purposes; the hydrogen night be used as a fuel.
Now we come to the problem of determining what to do if the inhabitants of celestial bodies, or extraterrestrial biological entitles (EBE) desire to
settle here.
1. If they are politically organised and possess a certain culture similar to our own, they may be recognized as a independent people.
2. If they consider our culture to be devoid of political unity, they would have the right to colonize. Of course, this colonization cannot be
conducted on classic linos. A superior form of colonizing will have to be conceived, that could be a kind of tutelage, possibly through the tacit
approval of the United Nations. But would the United Nations legally have the right of allowing such tutelage over us in such a fashion?
We cannot exclude the possibility that a race of extraterrestrial people more advanced technologically and economically may take upon itself the right
to occupy another celestial body.
The division of a celestial body into zones and the distribution of them among other celestial states.
A moral entity? The most feasible solution it seem would be this one, submit an agreement providing far the peaceful absorbtion of a celestial race(s)
in such a manner that our culture would remain intact with guarantees that their presence not be revealed.
It would merely be a matter of internationalizing celestial peoples, and creating an international treaty instrument.
The presence of celestial astroplanes in our atmosphere is a direct result of our testing atomic weapons?
The presence of unidentified space craft flying in our atmosphere (and possibly maintaining orbits about our planet) is now, however, accepted by our
military.
Military strategists foresee the use of space craft with nuclear warheads as the ultimate weapon of war. Attack no longer comes from an exclusive
direction, nor from a determined country, but from the sky, with the practical impossibility of determining who the aggressor is.
When artificial satellites and missiles find their place in space, we must consider the potential threat that unidentified space craft pose. One must
consider the fact that mis-identification of these space craft for a intercontinental missile in a re-entry phase of flight could lead to accidental
nuclear war.
As I read this OP, my blood started racing through my veins and my inner-UFO-child came dancing out!! Then I read MJ-12. Yawn. I'll be needing an
energy drink now.
No offense to you, OP. You did a GREAT job relating the details, but....
Psst: You might be on to something about gortex and disinfo though....he hates it and whips out the jammy and flat blasts it, no matter where
it comes from.

Robert j oppenheimer believed that he was not "the first" to unleash nuclear weapons on this planet. He believed in ancient technologically advanced
civilizations like i do...As for the document who knows!!

It's a nice story but aren't the Majestic documents considered by most to be a hoax and most probably disinformation from TPTB ?
No. They're considered a hoax by people who would rather no one pay any attention to the ufo topic at all. Mostly career debunkers and the like.
Usually paid to declare hoax. You know the drill.

Wow I think I hit a nerve
There is much evidence to show that the Majic documents are in fact fake , it is my belief that they are real in the sense of their origin but their
contents are disinformation created by the REAL disinfo agents at work in this field .
Believe what you will but the truth is out there should you choose to look for it .
In the spring of 1987 an unknown individual, allegedly associated with an intelligence agency, gave British writer Timothy Good a copy of the
MJ-12 document. Upon learning Good was going to disclose its existence to the press, Moore and Shandera released their copy, along with the Cutler
memo. The result was a massive uproar, including coverage in The New York Times and Night line, an FBI investigation, and furious controversy that
continues to this day science.howstuffworks.com...

Are we dealing, in ufology, with a true anomaly that deserves attention? Yes.
Are those that prefer to follow the evidence wherever it might lead them disinfo agents? No. They're the ones most likely to have a clue.
Btw: I notice the "Urantia" aspect of your handle....ahem. See the above.

Doc I'm in your camp on that issue. There is physical evidence that suggests that nuclear weapons were used in Earth's ancient history long before
the development of what we consider modern civilization. Documents? Meh....could be authentic but I'm leaning toward hoax, but that's just going on
gut feeling- which is usually correct so I just go with it.
Interesting. I believed the same thing about the presence of UFOs before reading this post. They are here because they became aware of our use of
nuclear weapons plus our capability of space travel. This would allow us to possibly harm their home planet. As far as MJ-12, hoax or not it's
fascinating.
Hi littled, Yes and i can see our world ending up the same as there's did. Totally nuked out!. I do think the past war was a lot bigger though
involving space and other planets in our solar system, And who knows what else
Regardless of any of this, I believe the real truth is so beyond what we are even imagining. It is probably what you find in parts in many of the
movies we have all watched and we just take it as fiction.

First, can the documents of Oppenheimer and Einstein be vetted before inclusion into the MJ-12 documents? Secondly, the MJ-12 documents are real, but
are they truthful?
What I'm getting at is whomever or whatever group devised the MJ-12 documents either want us to believe the documents by including factual outside
documents to support their almost fantastic claims, or they themselves are factual and include Einstein and Oppenheimer's papers to bolster the MJ12
documents.
What I believe is that the MJ12 documents are holding back (a lot of it is redacted) information that you or I would have the documents tell us; by
that I mean the documents seem to hold back on the claims made in the documents and still keep the average reader of the MJ12 documents guessing. (I
hope that makes sense?) By including other documents like the Einstein/Oppenheimer and Twining memo, MJ12 tries to give itself legitimacy or on the
other hand uses the same to bolster its claims.
What I can't understand is why earlier UFO crashes were not mentioned in MJ12, particularly the Cape Gerardeau, MO, in 1940(?), the so called "Battle
of L.A." in early 1942 or the Navy's shoot down of "something" in the Pacific in early 1942, along with other wartime contacts during WW2 (foo
fighters, etc.). This leads me to believe that the MJ12 documents were A) written by people with no knowledge of the prior UFO contacts and only
allude to earlier UFO contacts that were documented in public communications or B) the people that wrote the MJ12 documents had compartmentalized
clearances and could only write what was germane to the subject at hand (the Roswell crash).
Personally, with so much correct information included in the MJ12 documents and what I have gleaned from other members of the intelligence community
(along with the disbelief of the documents being leaked) I believe that most of MJ12 is truthful. The Oppenheimer/Einstein report bolsters this
belief.

It's funny, for some reason the other day I was wondering if Einstein thought about or knew something about UFOs or ETs. This is actually a little
bit spooky to read now that I think of it.
MJ-12 aside, this is a very interesting find. No way to prove it one way or the other but still intriguing.
