Ad Gripe

I hate that when I go to NEW TOPICS page and those damn ads cover the portion of new topics that are the most recent...upper left side...is there something I can do to disable that ad in upper left...Please ATS can you fix this? Thats all...

I see the ad, but it have never covered the topics..
are you viewing ATS on a phone or another small apparatus perhaps ?

Better yet...

$5 no adds for 3 months
$15 no adds for full year and some added storage space!

Figure out a model that gets these EFFING 20th century Advert(Lie)sing off my screen!

I believe there is a thread somewhere where we are supposed to dump all our ad complaints...

We have a similar system for customer complaints at my work called the circular file, I believe its similar to that.

Wish for pleasant things and not search for crud.

I for one enjoy the adds. They actually are focused to what I like. You can sometimes get better deals with the adds vs no adds. I get adds for beliagio like crazy, which are at a rate cheaper than other sites. But my wife won't allow me to go to Vegas anytime soon.

I now get law adds for some odd reason..

So... support ads that contradict the meaning of the website to keep the website going. All while torturing the members that post the material to even have a website to begin with. I get it, necessary evil and all that, but at least have same taste.

I'll make it a point to never buy anything from such obnoxious ads.

The ads pop over a good portion of the page even when my cursor get near them.

I cant help with the ats ads but I know that on youtube to skip ads just change youtube to youtubeskip in the URL of any video

and yeah those expanding ads are annoying, I just try an not go near them.
