It would seem to me that we all should be waking to the reality of this threat, I for one to not see the Brazilians launching this type of attack. But
I can see Iran "giving" one to someone who will, for that matter so would Kim Jong Ill.
Nuclear terror mushrooming, UN expert says

The top UN nuclear inspector said yesterday the world was in a "race against time" to prevent a nuclear terrorist attack.
"The threat of nuclear terrorism is real and current," said Mohamed ElBaradei, head of the UN International Atomic Energy Agency.
Terrorists clearly want to obtain nuclear material, ElBaradei told ministers at an international conference on nuclear proliferation in Sydney. Since
1993, the IAEA has documented 630 incidents of trafficking in radioactive material.
In 1992, the IAEA "sounded the alarm" that North Korea hadn't accounted for all its plutonium - but the UN Security Council did nothing, ElBaradei
said. A decade later, the terror state kicked out inspectors, dismantled monitoring cameras and is now believed to possess a nuclear weapon.
Iran's mushrooming threat
When it comes to displaying a calculated contempt for the United States, Europe and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) over nuclear weapons
development, the mullahcrats in Tehran are in a class with the Pyongyang Stalinists.
