A Hamilton, Ont., man alleges that when he was wrongfully arrested for refusing to take a breathalyzer, Peel Regional Police left his pregnant wife and their two children stranded at the side of a Brampton road.

He also alleges that police broke his wrist during the arrest.

Another case of our boys in blue over acting.
Who leaves a 9 month pregnant woman on the side of the road at midnight?

Peel Regional Police said they are looking into the accusations.

“Professional Standards has been made aware of the information and is currently looking into the matter,” said Staff Sergeant Dan Richardson in an email to media outlets.

Richardson said Peel police “remain committed to being a caring and transparent organization."

In other words, their boss came into the room yesterday and said, "You idiots, you put us in the news again in a bad light. Stop doing that, I don't know why, but stop!"

Richardson said Peel police “remain committed to being a caring and transparent organization."

"If I say it, it is real? I mean.. it is real! I say it is, so it is. Taadaaaa"

Apparently the husband didn't give a damn about his pregnant wife and children. If he did he wouldn't have gotten himself arrested.

They shouldn't have impounded the car.

What is your issue? The guy didn't commit ANY CRIME, and was arrested for NOTHING. The police were in the wrong, and left a pregnant woman and children stranded, for NO REASON.

You made similar comments about the cop that pounded the face of a woman calmly sitting in a chair, too.

So, in your opinion, the police can do whatever they want, hit anyone, for any reason at all, any time? Any arrest, just or not, for any crime, large or small, means abuse is then legal and justified? Really? Don't say that isn't what you meant, either, because that is what you are stating.

RIGHT from the OP's article:

He said he went to Brampton Civic Hospital where he had a blood sample taken. He said the results showed that he had no alcohol in his system. Also, X-rays revealed his wrist was broken, according to Hanniford.
