James DiMaggio is believed to have kidnapped a girl, 16, and possibly an 8-year-old boy. Their mother's body was found in DiMaggio's burned-out home.

This has taken place in San Diego, Calif. Nationwide Amber alert now...possibly on the run to Mexico. In case he has abandoned his car and the car is booby trapped with explosives the alert is a warning also to civilians letting them know of the possible danger if the suspects car is indeed rigged with explosives, see above link for full story.

I think, because there was a second body (a child's) found at the site of the house fire.

And two badly burned bodies.

he spent four years in the Navy, left military service to care for her after their mother died of cancer and volunteered rescuing animals.

"He is the kindest person in the world," Robinson said.

She told ABC's "Good Morning America" that she believed her brother was also a victim of foul play, along with the Andersons.

I wondered the same thing but further into the full news story there were two bodies found in the suspects burnt down house one adult and one younger child...the mother and the son...DNA matches are still pending though. As far as the bomb...thats still a mystery to me...

I agree. We do not have all the facts yet, so it is not correct to assume guilt. Who really knows what could have happened.

Got an amber alert on the phone regarding this, so they must want to find him..

could also be foul play from his work place...He was a telecommunications tech at The Scripts Research institute...maybe he saw something he wasn't supposed to see...

There is "SO" much more to this story.

Grandma didn't seem to pleased about locating her.

Here are a few things to consider:

The suspect went to Hollywood with the girl and they got in a fight.

She then removed him from her Facebook page (which enraged him).

They sound like lovers. Did Mom catch them in the act?

The 8 year old boy who died was bound. He perished in the fire (RIP Young man).

When the guy on horseback saw her. He detected nothing wrong.

Was this girl more involved than previously reported. She is just 16.

They bought the camping equipment together. Well, if she was. The suspect is not talking.

As the FBI knows, "Dead Men tell no tales".

The is a big success for the Amber Alert. I heard a lot of people complaining about the Alert.

It was late at night. But, if that was your kid? It worked, we can sort the rest out later.
