Obama Fundamentally Transforms America (Geographically)

Here's the President of the United States giving a geography lesson.

If we don't deepen our ports all along the Gulf — places like Charleston, South Carolina, or Savannah, Georgia, or Jacksonville, Florida — if we don't do that, those ships are going to go someplace else. And we’ll lose jobs.

Not once but twice to make sure we all have it right.

Bynum's AP story, as carried at the Charlotte Observer and WSAV in Savannah (but oddly not present at the AP's national site), covered up the gaffe by putting words Obama didn't say into his mouth

So wait, we don't want to dredge our ports so that larger ships can dock? Therefore raising more revenue for our country both in jobs for dock workers, tariffs on goods coming into the country, and the goods themselves being sold by business owners?

So this is bad now too? How badly do you all want this country to fail so that you have something to blame on this president?

Obama talks about infrastructure improvement, but what has he actually accomplished that has benefited the majority of Americans ?

Yes we get it he forgot to use the word and. If we don't deepen our ports all along the Gulf AND places like Charleston, South Carolina, or Savannah, Georgia, or Jacksonville, Florida. I know we have this problem in Tampa Bay with the ships being to big now. Even the newer cruise ships are to big.

It's because everything that Obama is for, you are against. If tomorrow, Obama adopted all of the TEA Party platform without telling anyone, you all would be just as aghast, foaming at the mouth angry and against it.

You hate this president, fine, good. It's your opinion and you are completely entitled to it. But this idea, does have merit and believe it or not, deepening our ports so that they can accommodate larger ships is a good idea that has benefits for the majority of Americans, despite the fact that Obama said it.

Here's the formula Obama does X, times the number of pundits on Hannity against it Y plus token idiot liberal for it, shown on Hannity for "balance" (Y*.005) Equals the level of rage the Hannity mocking birds have to be with anything that Obama does.

Fake FOX News Headline: Obama goes to the bathroom.

Hannity: Clearly the "Messiah" is a socialist, cause only SOCIALIST COMMIES use toilets instead of outhouses like REAL Americans!

Guest 1: The Bible says that the toilet is an abomination of GOD and sinners like Obama using one is the reason there is gay marriage in this country, look it up Hannity, it's Deu 23:12-14 KJV!

Guest 2: Clearly this is a allegory for what Obama is doing to America on a daily basis with his evil commie plot to destroy us from within, which is his father's wish as he saw him born at that satanic altar in Kenya!

Guest 3: What kind of environmentalist does Obama look like when he wastes that much water and flushes SEWAGE into the DC System? And he expects US to believe that he's concerned with Climate Change? Which is fake by the way!

Lib Guest: Uh most Americans have toilets in their homes.

And then the next day it's a thread on ATS, with the same talking points spewed out over and over again.

Now we have an idea to do something for the economy, but automatically must be against it because Obama said something for it. Gotta make sure to take that opposing view right? Can't sit there and think, "Well, most of his policies and actions are abhorrent and I really can't stand the guy as a President, but this one time, this one idea does have merit, I'll give him that one."
