If it's too much effort to click a link (to see the question being answered), well, I just don't know what to say to that.
Quoting would make the responses so busy and full of text (not to mention it's a pain in the back for the invited guest) it would be a nightmare.

How about bringing some balance to the AMA and inviting a guest that is more in line with the sites moto of "deny ignorance".

Dr. Michael Shermer

Founder of skeptics magazine.

That would be nice to have an actual skeptic.... It might allow the palm sized bruises on my face to heal.

Or we could just change the title to "Help us sell books.". Then no one would be confused when hard hitting questions about the subject matter get swept under the rug.

I agree 100%

Nick Pope certainly didnt mind answering any of the hard hitting questions and he has my full respect for that but i doubt there will be as many other people with his honesty to follow. W ed totally need a good intelligent skeptic to balance things out. Its only fair.

Tomorrow we have the one and only Ben Swann doing an Ask Me Anything thread here on ATS. In a shift from the UFO phenom we welcome a former Fox News Journalist who got disgusted with the corporate and political control over Mainstream News and has ventured out on his own to present the Truth to the best of his ability via his own network.

Check Ben's excellent work out here, www.benswann.com and get your questions ready for tomorrow.

Tomorrow is going to be a special day here on ATS, the Godfather of Investigative Journalism, The Master Muckraker, The Bane of every crooked politician and gangster in Nevada, the winner of 29 Emmy Awards, an Edward R. Murrow Award (National), 9 Mark Twain Awards, and two Peabody Awards(!), the man who put the name "Area 51" into the modern lexicon, the incomparable GEORGE KNAPP is going to do an Ask Me Anything thread here on AboveTopSecret.com!

In the highly unlikely event you don't know who George is you can read his bio on Channel 8 KLAS, Las Vegas' site here: www.8newsnow.com...

This is going to be epic so don't miss out, check this thread tomorrow for the link to George's AMA (I'll post it in a reply per usual). It should be up around 12:00PM Eastern U.S. time.

George Knapp .... VERY COOL!
So far I've really enjoyed the guests you've brought in.

(still got high hopes for Dan Akyroyd)

Thanks Springer.

Given my affinity and respect for Knapp,

I'm willing to do a thread compiling his answered questions with his answers . . .

IF

you would think it's OK and worth doing.

I believe it's worth doing and that many of us members find such a collected together thread a much easier archive to scroll through looking for specific questions and answers.

I'd merely ask that folks be patient as I do have other things to do in my life . . . AND . . . that folks wait until the whole AMA is concluded before responding on that thread. That would leave the collected answered questions and answers at the top of that thread.

I understand or have the impression that the color BB coding is off now. I'd likely go ahead and use the BB code tags for when it would likely be turned back on.

Up to you. I'm willing to bother but not willing to bother if it's negative to you, Springer.

George Knapp is awesome. "Hunt for the Skinwalker" is a great book and the I always enjoy the Bob Lazar story.

Can't wait to ask him some questions, even though he's a friend of mine on Facebook.

*thumbs up*
