Welcome to the '4 figures club'!!
Sometimes members steam-roll their way to multi-thousand post contributions and others, who are among the least active at ATS, couldn't reach 1,000
posts in 2 decades.
I am sure many members, like myself, have seen new accounts pop up and, within a few months, make it to 5,000 - 10,000 posts!
The most active accounts have a very high daily posting average, many average nearly 30 posts a day. That is roughly 30 posts every single day for
year upon year. That is some dedication, for sure!
It seems there are a select few of the most active members who do not always post for quality, instead, it seems as if posts are just thrown up
against the wall for quantity's sake, in order to continue growing the overall posting statistic for their account.
Nothing wrong with that, because sometimes this type of post turns out to be very good. Even when posts aren't 'AAA' quality, they still serve to
raise the overall level of activity on ATS - and, in my opinion, that's a very important fact. I'd rather see a lot of activity as opposed to
hearing crickets chirping.
It took a few years to get where I'm at now, but I don't post a response just to help boost my stats. Even so, my posts aren't always high quality
either and may resemble someone posting just to be posting,
!!
Pardon the irrelevant ramble!
Once again, CONGRATS on Breaking the '4 Figure Barrier'!
