To me, this is similar to the health care debate in the U.S. When you first hear about it, especially being in Canada, where we have free health care,
you think "Why would anyone be against that?!"
But when you start finding out about what it actually entails, it is not what it appears to be, and the people who are against it have very valid
points. There is a reason the insurance companies are behind it, and that's because they will make out like bandits. They'll be like the casino, the
house always wins. That's not even going into the forced aspect of it, or the fact that it causes division because I don't want to pay for your
obesity and you don't want to pay for my smoking, and the vegan down the street doesn't want to pay for either of us.
Anyway, blah blah blah, I thought his points were pretty obvious, not random or hard to follow, but maybe that's just me. I suppose this post is kind
of random and hard to follow....haha
