The NSA/CIA program you have never heard of

There exists a program in operational status that few know about and none will admit exists. It has a code name, and blackops funding. Although hints of this program have been given in the media, the story has always been manipulated to hide its true intent and purpose.

The objective - To stifle political dissent by clouding conceived public opinion. To silence those who speak out against an agenda by creating realistic computer generated alternate user based comment responses to news stories, blog posts, forum entries.

The program generates user accounts, forum posts, comments and responses based on keyword searches, and predictive understanding of language grammar. The objective is to cloud public opposition contrary to an official narrative.

The program is 90% automated via kernel level assembly language and uses a virus based botnet or similar prototype for dissemination to the botnet. It performs automated comment posting on target sites, blogs, forums and news organizations. The initial prototypes for this program were tested & validated for operational use through a joint operation titled STUXNet.

Operationally the program has been in place for the last 3 years or so and was created through a compartmentalized creation structure. Compartmentalization provides the most effective way to modularize software components and prevent the engineers from knowing the complete purpose of the systems architecture.

Given that the internet is now the primary means for communication of dissent this software confuses the message and splinters organized dissenting opinions.

We've known about the Sock Puppet Programs for some time now.

I'm sure there are plenty of Sock Puppet accounts here on ATS even. Pretty sure I'm one.

Well they could do all that ( Stuxnet has nothing at all to do with human engineering BTW ) or they could just disseminate a lot of disinformation suggesting that such bots exist... thus enabling people to view any and all dissenting views from their own as manufactured.

One of those would cost billions in research - the other one just requires people willing to work for free or next to nothing in compensation.

How are you coming up with that kind of figure? Isn't it possible that they could have stumbled upon the method while researching other areas? Isn't that how most really innovative scientific discoveries come about?

Yeah, this is not really 'new' news. I've heard about it at least 2 years ago. Obviously a highly sophisticated software program. It's not been confirmed, but many believe it was used to infiltrate IRAN's nuclear test sites/laboratories and cause a major setback in their research and testing. Cyberwarfare!!

Stuxnet is well documented and is a worm, not AI.

Stuxnet is the method of infection. The path to creating and controlling the botnet. It is not the AI or Persona creator in any manner. That portion is different. What commands and controls the StuxNet control system execute is not important to it. Its just the silent way of commanding the systems.
