1)No education in the terms you think is NOT a key

the key to prosperity
Self discipline
leads to hours of personal time spent training and practicing

You do see here that you defeated your own argument right?

Training and practicing, hmm. do you think this might be something called "education"? What, are you supposed to train on subjects with no prior knowledge of the subject matter, or practice the same failed tactics or methods that do not work?

Oh that's right, education brings about new ideas, new methods.

2) to mu knowledge our society is more educated then it was two hundred years ago

Hey, you're right! Imagine how that came about?

crime has not fallen

empirical data would suggest otherwise.

3) please name specific conservatives who have stated directly they want to cut education

Let's take first and foremost everyone's favorite Dr. Ron Paul PHD who wants to eliminate the department of education and have everyone home schooled. I wonder, how on earth did Dr. Paul obtain his PHD at home?

www.nytimes.com...

And here is the latest education bill, (that would slash the hell out of education spending on the federal level)

www.govtrack.us...

4) so your saying the liberal voters control urban blight areas
yet they vote the conservatives into the offices

I never said any such thing.

What I said was, that while urban areas often ARE more liberal. In many states, the state legislature is comprised of more conservatives. Including conservative governors. Urban areas don't control the votes for the entire state governing body, each district tends to have it's own senators and representatives.

I still want to let you know I am very suspicious of you and OP..

I don't care.

This is my gut on you
middle class
maybe a bs odds on an associates degree
in debt at least to 30 percent of yearly income

I'm working poor, have a high school diploma, never attended college, currently manage a car wash. So, your gut is wrong.

maybe small amount of savings - less then ten percent of yearly
trapped in the rat race

No savings, living from paycheck to paycheck.

Knowledge bomb dropped just for you
-think hard over the types of education that exist.. specifically the fact the some plumbers make more then MBAs

Depends on the MBA

why would that be

Skilled trades always have paid a pretty penny. Which is a good thing. I have absolutely nothing against someone learning a skilled trade, and making a great living applying that trade. It's honorable work.

either way so far.... your wrong

You're not your, please seek further education in grammar before destroying your own argument with blatant errors like this.

Hell, Paul is so for homeschooling that he has his own

curriculum
.

Please note how it's chock o block full of his brand of propaganda. That ought to get young minds prepared for the high demand jobs of tomorrow's taco bell. (hell if they can even get a job there being taught this ineffectual rubbish)

Being for home schooling doesn't in turn mean he is for everyone being home schooled.

I just want to see proof to back up your statement.
So, please try again.

I've seen fallacies. I've read ridiculous arguments. I've listened to rants that lack any intelligence or logic. But THIS... WHOA!!!!

It starts with a non sequitur. Then it goes on to present numerous ad hoc, ergo propter hoc, red herrings and straw men as evidence.

This is what happens when liberals take over education - people lose the ability to develop cogent thoughts and articulate them in an intelligent manner.

Worse yet, the product of said liberal education then goes online and solidified what those of us with functioning intelligence already know; you can't fix stupid!

The net result? THIS THREAD!

The same thing I blame the problems of Detroit on, extreme liberal ideology.

Just because extreme conservative ideology is bad, doesn't make extreme liberal ideology any better.

Still not seeing where he stated that everyone should be home schooled.

Your willfulness to gloss over this part is very telling.

You pitched BS, have been called out on it, and you aren't addressing it.

Ok, I'll address it.

Close Dept. of Education, but don’t dismantle public schools

Q: You said you want to abolish the public school system.
A: We elected conservatives to get rid of the Department of Education. We used to campaign on that. And what did we do? We doubled the size. I want to reverse that trend.
Q: What about public schools? Are you still for dismantling them?
A: No, I’m not. It’s not in my platform.
Q: When you ran for president in 1988, you called for the abolition of public schools.
A: I bet that’s a misquote. I do not recall that.

Tim Russert wouldn't have asked that directly if Ron didn't say it.
He pulled a Reagan.

Go AWAY.

I would prefer Paul's curriculum:

His 'ten planks' are better than this one:

The advanced stages of the commie agenda.

here's just 3 points of their plans...

[Editor: This book was written in the 1960's]

Excerpts from “The Naked Communist” by former FBI agent Cleon Skousen

Infiltrate and take control of one or both political parties in the U.S.

Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming that their activities violate civil rights.

Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers associations.

THE COMMUNIST PLAN TO DESTROY AMERICA FROM WITHIN

Funny how conservatives are so infatuated with a fetus yet when it's born they don't want to know about it.

funny how my brother is adopted...he was going to be aborted. i definitely don't care about him at all

LOL.. to be so young and eight years old again

Experience versus book learning

Your post seem to not know the difference...

nor the difference between facts and propaganda

The car wash must be failing

As for you beeing a manager..
do you drug test your employees
Do you screen their backgrounds

As for my gut. we will see

Also I also asked for PROOF
politician
policy
links

again all I see are attacks and none of what you claim..
a customer service based industry manager would not play the cards the way you are...

I would suggest you do an inventory of key supplies
also do a who has the keys check

Audit the books randomly(I would do the safe first)
Drop in and surprise the employees on your day off

If you are a manager.. you will wont to check those things... Your style on ats indicates the personality type where this would happen

My proof

You believe the title of the thread...

I would love to see your proof that conservative policies have lead to this..
