It's impossible to know months ahead of time about solar flares like that.
Sure, we can know cycles .... but not specific flares ....
We only see the sunspots and the activities on them a few days ahead of time.

Ok, lets say there is a plan in place here,
lets try to remember ALL the stuff that has been going
on in the news over the last few years,.
a few key items.

You have read about what the Georgia Guidestones say
reduce population, basically

You have read about all the guns and ammo purchased by the DHS
and their version on military vehicles, oh and remember, hollow points
arnt for target practice.

You remember all the freedom removing changes that have been made
by the latest crime boss we call our president.

You remember that back in 04 the "Seed Vault or Doomsday Vault" was completed
these are very real and there are more than one.

You may not remember, that the government Has been stockpilling supplies
food and water storage for many years now.

Those are just a few facts,
SO, we COULD have two scenarios here,
A few High altitude nukes detonated and a timed sequence to a non lethal
solar flare that wipes out the electronic life as we know it and basically shutting
down the world, just a matter of three months before half the population dies from
starvation or murder and this is when the UN, DHS and military enact those detention
centers and martial law the president recently and conveniently updated to be enacted
in the event of a natural disaster.

Or
The fact does remain that the sun IS unpredictable and even though the suns activity
for this Maximum cycle is very low and has even surprised the solar science community,
it has been in the forecast the activity "May" pick up soon. However keep in mind, the last
Solar flare that was off the charts was in 1859 and it was during a solar minimum.
There is a remote chance the sun Could hit us with a devastating "Killshot" at anytime.
just what kind of effect besides wipe out our electronics, is unknown, however there is
still that fact that great money has been invested in doomsday seed vaults. So the
possibility does remain that the PTB just might know something. There have been
people in the world that have made predictions that have come true and also false.
never the less, The government is always in CYA mode.

NASA/JPL have talked about this for a long time from the standpoint of us not being prepared for such an event. Our infrastructure being so dependant on satellites and computers, and all things electronic and vunerable.

Looks like somebody took Ed Dames' theory and claimed it came out of Snowden's mouth. Just as bogus as Snowden's "press release" of haarp causing heart attacks. Getting real weary of bs like this being put out there.

I recall watching a video a few months back about the Ed Dames remote viewing "Kill shot" event, and he said there will be two other events just prior to this happening. One was a "Nuclear event" on the Korean peninsula, and the other was some sort of space vehicle (shuttle or space station) would be knocked down to earth by an object from space. So if these 2 events occur soon, then I'd start to worry. I don't know much at all about the remote viewing concept or how accurate it has been, if at all, so I guess we wont have much longer to wait on this one.

Here's a link to a decent source, circa 2010. You will see that 2013 was the NASA forecast date back then.

And then the government wants to try him for treason. Capital punishment. Etc. Etc. When all the guy was really trying to do was get some halfway decent tang instead of 4 eyed church girls who hate sex.

Such an event could happen next month, next year, or not for 200 years. There is no way to predict it but there is evidence that they don't occur more often than once in about 500 years.
