Are you now a father/mother who lived through the 80s listening to his music only to find out years later that because of his massive fortune he could afford a brilliant lawyer to have his slate practically wiped clean of the disgusting and perverted acts that he carried out on children?

In all honesty, the video i do not care about because at the end of his life he was completely screwed up by drugs... but come on... he was a child molester no?

If this was your next door neighbour or baby sitter who you had trusted for many years and you found out years later that he/she did this to YOUR kids, what you still have the same thing to say if that person was dead and buried?

People should remember that he was a sick pedophile and that others like him still exist.

Not to be pedantic or anything, but that isn't considered illegal child porn by any stretch. Believe it or not it's actually legal in most western nations to posses nude photos of children, as long as they aren't engaged in sexual acts or sexually suggestive physical poses. I'm not saying he wasn't a weirdo. He most certainly was. But it's not illegal to posses photos of nude children if they aren't of a sexual nature.

The odds of hell existing aren't very likely. Chances are he died and his existence/consciousness was blacked out and wiped from the universe, which most likely happens to everybody upon death. Punishment enough I guess.

I might have the same age you never know Expat, and i too was brought up to respect those who have passed away...

BUT (and only a personal opinion) when it comes to people like this who got away with such a hineous crime because of what they had in their wallet and because he was idolized by so many people.... personally i think it goes without saying?

You have to research carefully when it comes to "official" documentation to do with Michael Jackson. There are a LOT of fakes out there. One of the most popular conspiracies to do with his "death" is the fact that his real middle name is only used sometimes, and other times it's a different middle name.

If you look at the death certificate, you will see his real middle name is Joseph. The real full case name for the 2005 trial was 1133603: The People of the State of California v. Michael Joseph Jackson.

The document you posted says Joe.

I personally believe there is a LOT more to the "death" of Michael Jackson than is being told. But that's a whole different subject...

But WHY isn't this illegal?

I think unless said photos are family photos taken under a certain age, that it's just...wronnng

There's no reason why anybody should have nude photos of children that aren't their own, and even so, I'm talking like infants in the bathtub or a toddler in the backyard lawn running through a sprinkler--something innocent, you know?

No, it may not be illegal, but what I wanna know is why?!

With that said...

I think the evidence on MJ is spotty and circumstantial at best. You know, that might be why he was never convicted.

No Worries .. always find the views of others interesting .. but tend to look more at how things impact future events rather than dwelling on past events .. even though alot makes the news .. in the long run of history it doesnt mean a thing .. hope make sense english is limited language and doesnt translate well ..

there lessons to be learned from them .. so that the evils they did do not happen again .. however beyond learning not to repeat the mistakes of the past .. not my place to judge anyone .. everyone is human and far from perfect .. the capacity for good and evil is within all of us ..

I've studied Jackson's trial and have never heard any reference to this before.
You'll need to provide some other sources to swing that dubious document MY way.
I agree with the final verdict, not only on the basis of evidence, but because I could see past the AGENDA against Michael Jackson.
This beautiful man was causing havoc for the ESTABLISHMENT.
Just as he was when he was SUICIDED - "This is it!" - mofo's! Michael was gonna SPILL ALL.
