I prefer limes.
Four or five...juiced...
Add 1 tablespoon of salt, pepper and garlic
1/4 cup of parsley and cilantro mixed and chopped fine.
A medium onion and two large tomatoes diced,
Mix it all with a pound of diced tuna loin and marinate 3-5 hours.
Serve with toasted tortillas, guacamole slices and cold,cold,beer, with a lemon slice in it.

Yep.
