'MILLIONS WILL DIE' without a carbon tax to fix global warming, says a New Jersey U.S. Senate candidate in hysterical online campaign ad

'Climate change is real, and humans are to blame,' warns New Jersey Democratic Rep. Rush Holt in a 90-second YouTube campaign ad released Monday. And without a carbon tax, he warns in a shorter 15-second ad, 'millions will die.'

Oh God,Oh God We're all gonna die if we don't tax the air!!!

Egads!

Someone save me!

If I don't pay taxes on the air we're all gonna die!

Quick act now before it's too late!

It's for the children

As skeptic on the fear porn being sold as 'Global Warming' obviously the climate changes has for millions, and billions of years, and it has survived asteroids, meteor's, and super volcanoes, it will survive mankind.

On his campaign website the eight-term congressman, one of two physicists in the House of Representatives, blames global warming on 'the assault that corporate interests are waging on our plane

Egads!

Those evil corporations are at it again!

Quick stop them before millions will DIE!.

Hurry!

Global warming is nothing but a political machination deep rooted in the progressive liberal ideological hatred that has been 'recycled' rhetoric that Americans have heard for over 100+ years.

People didn't buy it then which is why the progressive liberal will continually reinvent the same old arguments with a 'new and improved' facade of emotional rhetoric.

So will taxing the air 'save the planet' ?

Hell no it won't,

It is going to have a global shrinkage of the size of your wallet's.

Yeah that is my story or people can jump on the global neocon bandwagon of world domination of GW.

Just a few days ago I watched part of a televised debate (UK) of government ministers and corporate leaders discussing how they could get more people to believe the climate change fraud. It was quite sickening, had I continued to watch I'd have thrown a brick through the screen.

It always amazes me how people are willing to believe a tax will change the climate.

There was a thread posted a few hours ago showing a puddle at the north pole as evidence of climate change. The problem is puddles form there every year! Some of them grow into huge lakes, its completely normal yet is presented as evidence.

Most people at ATS will see the carbon tax for what it is...a global power grab.

You aren't allowed to even question the science behind this scam without being shouted down.

I'll keep my money. Feel free to donate yours.

Wow, they are still going to milk this cow for all its worth.

Millions will die without a carbon tax? They are not even trying to hide the
hoax anymore!

Hoaxes: A high-ranking member of the U.N.'s Panel on Climate Change admits the group's primary goal is the redistribution of wealth and not environmental protection or saving the Earth.

Money, they say, is the root of all evil. It's also the motivating force behind what is left of the climate change movement after the devastating Climate-gate and IPCC scandals that saw the deliberate manipulation of scientific data to spur the world into taking draconian regulatory action

www.investors.com

Al Gore is the commonly known poster boy, yet lets not forget the Godfather of
the Global Warming hoax; Maurice Strong.

An interview, titled The Wizard Of the Baca Grande, which Maurice Strong conducted with West magazine of Alberta, Canada, in May 1990, he provides details which elucidate the reasons behind the Illuminati’s support of the environmental movement.

Strong concluded with a disturbing apocalyptic scenario he would to include in a novel he says
he would like to write:

Each year the World Economic Forum convenes in Davos, Switzerland. Over a thousand CEOs, prime ministers, finance ministers, and leading academics gather in February to attend meetings and set the economic agendas for the year ahead.

What if a small group of these word leaders were to conclude that the principle risk to the earth comes from the actions of the rich countries? And if the world is to survive, those rich countries would have to sign an agreement reducing their impact on the environment. Will they do it? Will the rich countries agree to reduce their impact on the environment? Will they agree to save the earth?

The group’s conclusion is “no.” The rich countries won’t do it. They won’t change. So, in order to save the planet, the group decides: isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?

This group of world leaders form a secret society to bring about a world collapse. It’s February. They’re all at Davos. These aren’t terrorists they’re world leaders. They have positioned themselves in the world’s commodity and stock markets. They’ve engineered, using their access to stock exchanges, and computers, and gold supplies, a panic.

Then they prevent the markets from closing. They jam the gears. They have mercenaries who hold the rest of the world leaders at Davros as hostage. The markets can’t close. The rich countries...?” and Strong makes a slight motion with his fingers as if he were flicking a cigarette butt out of the window.[10]

On page 75 you can find the quote:
"In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome. The real enemy then, is humanity itself."

Still people will believe that lack of carbon tax is killing millions.
People perish from a lack of knowledge.

I wonder how much money that whore politician will be pocketing for selling the hard working Americans for corporate interest gouging. I hate political whores that think they have the right to dictate in the name of others.

Why no tax all those that agree with climate change and leave the rest of us alone.

Well that's too bad, I liked his attempt at repealing the Patriot Act. He's right about climate change but wrong about the solution. A lot of people, agenda free people, think that by taxing carbon it will make alternatives more attractive, but unfortunately corporations and the rich always get out of most of their tax obligations, so no it isn't a solution. The best solution we have I think is push alternatives which are making leaps and bounds. India has both solar and wind comparable to coal, price wise, now. Graphene will make a huge difference in solar efficiency soon.

Prolly quite a bit as we all know there aren't any 'poor Senators' or any other congressman for that fact.

Well, I believe millions will die if we do not take actions to stop polluting this world. What does tax have to do with that. Nothing. Governments collecting money from a carbon tax will do nothing to stop the climate change problem at all. It's just a tax. They are looking for ways to raise extra money to pay off the waste from years gone by.

Exactly people in this nation can not get in their big heads that politics is only for the rich, so no political whore will be working for the poor or hard working Americans because they work for pimps and very rich one indeed.

Is not such thing as a poor politician and none is on welfare.

Yeah by driving fossil fuel prices SKY HIGH just pay no attention to the massive job loss or economic output.

but we all know corporations and the rich always get out of most of their tax obligations, so no it isn't a solution.

They are not the only ones as this country has 47% of Americans who have zero tax liability, and without jobs even more people will be added to that non tax paying bracket.

Who cares though right?

Save the planet!

The best solution we have I think is push alternatives which are making leaps and bounds.

Nopers as it takes fossile fuels to make Alternative energy products because alternative doesn't generate the power needed, or that other fossil fuel that delivers, and installs them.

India has both solar and wind comparable to coal, price wise, now. Graphene will make a huge difference in solar efficiency soon.

Joking right?

World Resources Institute identifies 1,200 coal plants in planning across 59 countries, with about three-quarters in China and India

1000 new coal plants.

and I will indoctrinate my children and all others I can influence to do the same.

it is retarded too. Do they really think that sort of blatently corrupt ideology will NOT lead to lynch mobs?

do they even own history books?

try it A holes......

Being a Jersey resident this guy has 0.0% or even less of winning - Corey Booker will be the next Senator from NJ. Not saying that's a good thing either but that is how it will go down.

Not even sure the Republicans are even putting up a canidate...lol
Pretty sad state of affairs in this state.

Because there's no question that it's real. Millions of people will die from climate change, millions are dying already from living in crappy places that are already not able to support people. Our pollution and planet heating is going to increase it.

oh please. and how the hell does taxing people help that fictitious situation? so we throw money down into volcanoes to seal up what they spew forth? maybe we make air filters out of our cash and process the worlds air....

why has every single alternative technology to the combustion engine been shot down for the last 50 + years?

why is it that every doomsday scenario from the 90s has fallen short of climate hell?

how is it that in 120 years of measuring the climate with crude technology that we all of a sudden know hands down what the natural cycles of weather are over a thousand years?

so after the mini ice age in medieval times the earth warmed from natural global warming but now its because be drive too many cars?

what ever. you pay the tax....I will never and many will not. worry about the others that will do worse then that though.....

Your post made me curious so I looked up Graphene and if it performs half the tasks even a quarter as well as they claim they can then that stuff is going to change the world in huge ways. Not just solar cells but computer processing, medical breakthroughs, batteries,........ I mean its like a wonder material made of the most abundant material known carbon.

If there isn't a thread on it here there should be. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

You laugh at this, but in the end they will be the ones laughing after they eventually get what they want. You want to see what is coming pay attention to what views are expressed on the main stream media and what your kids are being taught.

Global warning is being pushed hard because billions have been invested on it. Global warning will overtake the existing interest shenanigans that have occurred.

*Sigh*, you posted a joke right? Because if what that tool says isn't a joke, I'm going to vomit. Honestly, regular citizens aren't doing a darned thing to hurt the environment in the manner he suggests. How about shipping? They use crude diesel that pollutes daily what a family car does yearly. Why aren't they pushing for tighter restrictions on those businesses?

Oh, that's right... Because somewhere somehow, those same businesses that pollute a thousand times more daily then what a family does yearly is making them money. And that's what this boils down to.

And here's how I see it: They spanked their own ass on this one. They pushed for a more cleaner environment (which is good, but I don't like the blame game they play) so we're for the first time actually buying electric vehicles and other alternative and cleaner methods of transportation that do NOT use gas/oil. They see this, and they realize that they're soon going to end up broke if they can't find another way to screw over the average working guy.

So what's next? Carbon taxes. You have to pay a carbon tax for everything within a short while I'm sure. You'll have to pay a carbon tax for the milk you buy, because the plastic jug will end up polluting the air. Same with everything else you buy. (If it's creation can or does pollute, you'll pay for it.)

So it's not just people using their gasoline driven cars that'll have to pay, it's everyone. All the while the shipping industry is polluting like no one's business, we have to pay.

I know I rambled a bit here, but I'm tired. I hope everyone got the gist of what I was trying to say. The thing about ships polluting more then cars yearly can be found here on ATS.
