Stop right there, as a Christian I'm so sick of hearing this backdoor attack and the steaming pile of stereotype underlying it. The assumption is that because we don't like our earned money stolen by goverenment beuracrats and redistributed without our approval that we are somehow against the poor and less fortunate. Jesus as NOT in favor of confiscatory redistribution of wealth. He would have been for voluntary charitable donations and contributions.

CEO's are making record incomes.
The average worker is making less in a year then they did 40 years ago but the cost of everything else has exploded exponentially.
Obama isn't the one raping you, he is just the guy you are looking at while Big Banks and Big Business have their way with you and your wallet.

True, Corporations are making record profits. They are also paying record taxes and have to raise the price of their goods accordingly to maintain their profit MARGIN.

Thank taxes, raising the minimum wage, rapidly rising energy costs and regulations for that. Those costs are passed on to the consumer. Read: "government going up the free market Capitalist system's A."

Re-read my post. I'm not against helping those in need. I'm against government stealing people's earned money and redistributing it after skimming off the top. A better, and Biblical model, would be voluntary charitable contributions and donations.

Except that in 1992 the Glass-Steagall was in effect. Then this happened.

What happened over the next eight years was an almost exact replay of the Roaring Twenties. Once again, banks originated fraudulent loans and once again they sold them to their customers in the form of securities. The bubble peaked in 2007 and collapsed in 2008. The hard-earned knowledge of 1933 had been lost in the arrogance of 1999.

As for PED's. I am all for it, especially since the average salary of a baseball player is 2.5 million. For that kind of money i expect them to be on some kind of drug because Baseball is boring as hell and could use a little 'juice'. Frankly, i wish more golfers were taking them, then the game would be amazing.

Sorry. As of 2013 the average salary for a Baseball player is 3.6 million.

I think its cool for the leader of the world to tell his minions to bring him good ideas. He is eager to make changes. Quit griping on him and suggest some ideas. Make yourself useful.

I don't think you do know the difference. You never would have made the "record profit" comment if you had. Profits are an irrelevant number if the profit margin remains the same percentage. No one who understands what a profit margin is says "record profits", that's the lauguage of media talking points from people who never passed Econ 101.
