Weiner Rises Again

I'm sure it did.

You know what. If Marion Barry can smoke crack and get his job back.
Weiner doesn't have a problem getting elected.

You know maybe this is part of the problem when it come to our elected officials we set the bar so low, and they don't let us down, they are lowlifes.

In the capacity of his job it is because his personal life is his business.
He should have admitted it the first time around straight away.
But I really do think If he had a different name the press wouldn't have jumped all over it...the headlines they can write to do with his name are a dream come true for Journalists.

To be honest, who cares? With all the corruption and vile crap going on in our government, petty crap like this makes the cover? Seriously, an adult, typed sexy talk to other adults...... Oh the horror.

I wonder if Anonymous decided to turn the conversations over to the press as a means of retaliating for not getting that condo and job.

I also wonder if, perhaps, she entrapped him. She claims she stands to gain nothing from this which begs the question "then why do it?"

Seriously, if she's not going to profit from this and she, potentially, will destroy the guy's marriage and second chance in politics, why is she doing it.

Revenge makes perfect sense. As does taking him out of the race for another candidate. At this point, with these candidates, I wouldn't be surprised to read the anonymous account of a call girl who met up with Client 9 some time last year.

I know but if he can't be trusted when it comes to one thing, lol, can he be trusted important issues?

If he can't be faithful to his wife who he claims to love, he wont be faithful or honest to nameless faceless constituents.

Yeah I suppose you have a point. Then again, off the top of my head, I can think of only one politician that proved to not be out for himself/herself. The smart people have already figured out that lifers are full of it.

I don't like any of them either, they don't need defending.

People can do what they want if it is within the law.

But as a politician, I wonder if he is drafting or voting on law that pushs more morality and limits on other adults. If so, the it is hypocrisy on his part.

Sadly he will likely be the next mayor of NYC - he is leading in the polls.

he can't be trusted. another factor to consider is that his inability to keep it in his pants puts him at risk of being compromised.

the only reason he is compromised is because we make such a big deal out of him using his junk. if we didn't pressure people in power that way .. maybe just maybe they couldn't be manipulated by what they do in the bedroom and with who.

you misunderstood my comment. Let's say he gets elected and, because he clearly can't keep it in his pants, he starts texting with some woman and he sends out his junk and does all the ridiculous things he's done before and now, suddenly, he finds out that the woman set him up and, to avoid public humiliation and the destruction of his marriage, this woman forces him to send city projects her way or divulges in some internal security matters or, worse, he's so overzealous in his texting and sending pics that he accidentally sends pics of his wiener with some secret documents, say terror briefings, visible in the background.

I could care less that he likes to talk dirty with the ladies. I just don't think that a married politician should be putting his career and marriage at risk on my dime.

I don't understand how this is anyone's business but his and hers.

Only the President is allowed to have sex outside of marriage!
