The OAS is not an integrative governmental structure. It has done nothing to remove travel restrictions in the Americas. NAFTA is not an integrative
governmental structure. It has done nothing to create a common currency. What I am proposing is along the lines of the
European Union. The EU has removed internal travel restrictions, created a common currency and market,
and replaced the racist philosophy of Hitler with an inclusive philosophy that recognizes genetic, economic, military and political reality. Most
Americans know nothing about the EU, it isn't talked about in the States, and I think the EU has acheived a remarkable milestone in human progress
that the States of the Americas would do well to emulate. If the OAS would consider this option, good on them. It's amazing the things America does
not talk about, like Canada or Mexico or the EU.
