In the uk during the winter our local authorities didnt bother gritting our roads when it snowed and cars couldn't get up the hill. The local kids all came out and pushed the cars up the hill, they did it for two days and didn't ask for money or thanks. What did they print in the local paper? "Snow causes chaos" not one single mention of the efforts of those kids

This kids a good role model for our young teens...good on you kid...

I believe that the 'missing children' problem in big cities is because children are big business. They say that child porn is a mulch-billion dollar industry, and then there's child sex trafficking. How many times have you heard some parent say that they'd just walked away for a minute to wash some dishes or take the dog inside and when they turned back their kid/s are gone? I think that these children are being abducted by professional child abductors who watch from a vehicle nearby and wait for the right moment to strike. These children must be worth a pretty penny, if you think about it. As they're experienced (the abductors,) they can perform these abductions quickly and effectively. Most people (perverts or possessive relatives) wouldn't be nearly so slick at it.

Child abduction would have to be the sickest kind of business there is, but it looks pretty real to me. A lot more resources and money should be allocated to special departments to track down child porn and trafficking rings and try to catch the abductors too. I used to live in Toronto, Ontario and parents there were always talking about the 'missing children' problem. I hardly saw any children anywhere in Toronto, even supervised! Yet, the issue hardly ever comes up in the mainstream. I know it's disturbing but it's an important issue that we need to take a lot more seriously.

I think some thrive on hate and discontent . They can be found right here , I have seen some that no matter the subject a few members will post negative replies for what ever reason I do not know . Maybe they are frustrated with their own lives , maybe they are just hateful people or maybe they are just bored and want to get a rise out of others .

We do not know the color of all the boys , it could have been a mix of white and black . And there is no need to preach at me about racism , I have my enough problems of my own to worry about other's skin color .

This is why I posted this story , there is good in the world and I did not want to include the color of the young man into the equation because the color of his skin should not matter .

I did add that I did not want it to look like I was saying "good Black boy" because there are a few that disagree no matter what a thread is about and love to twist things . And here we find another poster who had to turn this thread into a rant against white folks and this is not what I wanted . It is sad we can not have a thread about a good deed without hatred coming into it .

There are good and bad in all people and I do not judge a man by his color , religion , nationality etc; etc; , I just do not have room in my life for that kind of hate . Believe me , I have been labeled and called names for nothing more than how I talk and where I am from (rural Kentucky) by both whites and blacks , without even knowing who I am or what I am about .

Like others have said - Thank you for posting something positive! I'm so tired of all the negative, divisive stories everywhere. It's so bad, I haven't watched the news since...Well, I don't know when. The saying "if it bleeds, it leads" is VERY true for news these days. Great story!!
