How to Activate Your Pineal Gland and Awaken Your Psychic Ability

I tried listening to a track I found on Youtube that was said to induce an OBE. I've forgotten what it was called now. In the middle of listening, I opened my eyes and found I was up near the ceiling. As soon as I thought of my body laying on the bed, I was back in my body again.

My pineal gland was open about 20 years ago. I got it open by thoroughly researching paranormal and spiritual related stuff and relaxing and trying to send light in to my chakras. The things I used to see through my third eye. It was mind blowing it's been decreasing over the years since. I listened to the video Sled but it did nothing for me except for making me feel very relaxed

I can't remember unfortunately. I think the title was just something like "amazing, powerful OOBE inducing" or something similar but I can't remember any other info it might have given. I wish I'd saved the track somewhere so I could have gone back to it
