Zimmerman was following Martin. Martin had two options flee or fight. Instead of going home he attacked. That's what 'Stand Your Ground' is about.

Zimmerman did not feel threatened by Martin until he was attacked and was in the middle of getting his butt kicked, that is self defense. He was not threatened by Martin being in the neighbirhood, he was worried about poor police response time to his community and what Matrin could have done to one of his multicultural neighbors.

Two options? So, whenever somebody is following you you're only options are to assault them or flee from them? How about a simple, "Can I help you?" or "Are you following me?"

Two options, rofl. Well, he sure as hell chose the wrong option.

It's over man. Please stop posting this garbage and elongating this stupid subject. I trust the six women in the jury know much more than the average American who watches the news like it's porn.

What??????
You're kidding? Right?

Where is the evidence that Zimmerman assaulted Martin?

Do you understand what self defense is? What the stand your ground law stands for????

I'm ashamed to say it, but I'm not surprised by these people defending a criminal like Trayvon over a good upstanding citizen like Mr. Zimmerman. I hope one day, these posters are placed in the same situation so they too can see how it is to be savagely beaten by a criminal thug.

In all honesty i dont understand why people care so much about this topic....i watched bits and scraps of the trial and what not but why all the hype? there was no riot.. it doesnt mean someone can just kill someone and claim self defense, it doesnt effect black ,white, yellow or red people..it really effects no one but the people involved. so after the racial p***ing contest i say we get back to discussing things of importance like ufo's,aliens and things im almost sure we are all way more interested in rather than someone killing someone which (dont quote me on this) takes place around every 3-10 seconds?

Zimmerman was on the phone with police, was told to stop following Martin and complied. He lost track of him, then made arrangements to meet up with police and give his information.

It was during this time that even though Martin had returned to where he was staying, he circled back and confronted Zimmerman.

At no time was Zimmerman "stalking" Martin. He was waiting for police to show up.

Nice troll though.
