That's pretty pathetic. So much for trial by jury and the Constitution, huh Harry?

I'm not sure why they even bothered with the trial if they're just going to re-try the case until they get the desired result. Then again, the Dems have been known to do stuff like that when it comes to Florida, so I guess we shouldn't be surprised.
