Oxymoron 'smart' government used in the same sentence?

Should never be used.

The key to civilization is what it has always been people looking out and taking care of themselves anyone who seeks to take that liberty, that sovereignty from them is part of the problem.

No, the key to conquest is that. its been the norm since the dawning of civilization. The strong will always control the weak when unchecked.
Singular mentality is weak. a single lamb on a field is wolf chow. a single fish is shark food.
