I'm afraid the total file size is way too big, each flag is 6.52k. The total can be no larger than 25k.

The blue text one very page that reads "Due to high traffic, ATS is functioning in low-bandwidth/low-impact mode. Some features are disabled" is when you know that's what's going on...
