I thought they did an interesting article the other day on the beam and encoding of the fiendish CasDis in light;
Due to the very different nature of humans the most effective way to communicate with them is by transferring visual information to their brains. The entry point is the eye. Correctly configured, the device ensures that each beam of light, which encodes the information to be transferred, produces a similar response across all contactees..
This could make people paranoid about visiting their opticians who are very fond these days of directing beams of light directly into the eye, but still it was thought provoking with regards to how those that look directly into the aliens eyes always end up seeing pretty much the same thing.
Though no instructions were given to us as to the correct operation of the device, we know these materials present photo induced conductivity that persists after the illumination is turned off. We noticed that the net increase rate of photocurrent becomes slow as the photon energy increases, which explains the observed slower response for more energetic incoming light. In all our interactions with Giselians we were illuminated by a blueish powerful light before the interaction started, which means ambient light must be somehow reduced before the eye-to-eye contact was established
Higher Levels of Communication...

FL is mentioned in this thread at how-to-learn-any-language.com. Ayndryl replies 8 hours later claiming to be co-admin and posts again the next day once again explaining FL.

I don't have sufficient information to conclude that anything that they are producing constitutes "disinformation". In almost all instances the excerpts in English are reasonably referenced and easy to find, reading those, in context with the headings of each post, and the early narrative of FL that HerbertAshe has constructed, disinformation is not what immediately springs to mind. In terms of there being a correlation between what you and they post, as the 19 June 2012 posts by Andryl on the "how to learn any language" forum clearly demonstrate, they are pretty much on the ball in tracking any discussion that involves them.
They're looking at us, looking at them, looking at us...and so on and so forth.

The disinformation aspect would be a little less obvious than that….kind of, well, "obviously."
Forgive me, I don't mean to sound or be sarcastic. But it is what it is.
