What do you mean what's my point? You missed it, really? My point is the West is already guilty of creating and supporting Al Qaeda, not Russia. A
Some financing for al-Qaeda in the 1990s came from the personal wealth of Osama bin Laden.[62] By 2001 Afghanistan had become politically complex and mired. With many financial sources for al-Qaeda, Bin Laden's financing role may have become comparatively minor. Sources in 2001 could also have included Jamaa Al-Islamiyya and Islamic Jihad, both associated with Afghan-based Egyptians.[63] Other sources of income in 2001 included the heroin trade and donations from supporters in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and other Islamic countries.[62] A WikiLeaks released memo from the United States Secretary of State sent in 2009 asserted that the primary source of funding of Sunni terrorist groups worldwide was Saudi Arabia.[64]
The insurgents received military training in neighboring Pakistan and China, as well as[8] billions of dollars from the United States, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and other countries.[

Are you implying the 'west" is not supporting Al-Qaeda in Syria? or funded them immensely in the 1980's?
Efficiency is not particularly high in that a good deal of the agent is lost by incineration in the initial blast and by being forced onto the ground.
The Material Safety Data Sheet, MSDS, for potassium chlorate states that it is "toxic to blood, kidneys, lungs, the nervous system, liver and mucous membranes." Repeated or prolonged exposure can cause serious damage to the affected areas.

The RUSSIAN invasion of Afghanistan CREATED the mujahideen who in '89 later formed AL Qadea.

The Russian liberation of Afghanistan did not created the mujahideen its pretty clear that you dont whom created them.
And honestly wikipedia as a source?
Like I said before, you may be right and that video is all BS
That video was one of the early indicators that rebel terrorists had chemical weapons in Syra.
because Al Qaeda has already been busted making sarin gas in Iraq and in possession of it in Turkey

Hmmm tricky way to state your question. We all agree the mujideen was not created by the Soviet themselves but because of the invasion the jihad mujideen took shape to combat the invaders. And since the Cold War was going strong the US (& friends) supported, trained, and funded the mujideen who later became Al Qaeda.
Just a clarification so there's no more confusion.

Well
That video was one of the early indicators that rebel terrorists had chemical weapons in Syra.
Then it stands to reason 'chemical weapons in Syria' is BS. If they are making stuff up that leads to a huge credibility gap.
because Al Qaeda has already been busted making sarin gas in Iraq and in possession of it in Turkey
Sources please.
The best-known mujahideen were the various loosely aligned Afghan opposition groups, which initially rebelled against the government of the pro-Soviet Democratic Republic of Afghanistan (DRA) during the late 1970s. At the DRA's request, the Soviet Union brought forces into the country to aid the government. The mujahideen fought against Soviet and DRA troops during the Soviet War in Afghanistan and were supported by United States' assistance. After the Soviet Union pulled out of the conflict in the late 1980s, the mujahideen fought each other for control in the subsequent Afghan Civil War.[3
