Thanks for your comment!

Land Developers who skate around the letter, meaning and interpretation of the law is nothing new. In parts of the U.S. where natural disasters have forced legislators to write more stringent building codes - for earthquakes in California and hurricanes in Florida - Developers routinely cut corners. And after homes NOT built-to-code crumble, the lawsuits start.

Land Developers seem to be experts at "getting around" laws, in their unending quest for profits. A year or so ago, they were agitating to take over some of the Civil War battlefields and develop the land into housing. Total unscrupulous greed is a sight to behold ...

If the EB-5 program really worked as it was written, a lot of urban-blight would be gone, and depressed areas would have more jobs. Seems to be a win-win situation for everyone - but the greedy, corrupt Developers.

The entire system of loans including...........Cars,homes,education,personal,business is 100% corrupt. They loan out money they never actually have. And if they receive a single payment they make money. This is also why the government is getting in on the scam.

Problem is the average person at the bottom is waking up. Many people have stopped carrying about credit scores and stop paying into the system. At some point this will crash these scams. Schools loans will be the first to need funding. This was done for a reason.........A new form of government is coming.
