ok - so the mrs found this this morning, its a weird sticky type creature with a massive mouth, have a look at the video, can anyone give me some insight into what it is - i've googled and not found anything close, fyi found in the uk kent 06/07/2013 approx 2-3" long

finally found it on another forum after almost a day, - apparently its a brown inchworm, still a freaky little thing though!

The colours look more like an inch worm.

No matter which it is ... freaky-looking little dude!

Well, glad you have a solution, but it's definitely a weird-looking fellow! I was thinking those protrusions looked like some sort of legs. Neat video, in any case! Lots of odd bugs out there.
