Are these specific beer bacteria only going after top fermenting beers, cold fermentation, quick acting yeast, slow acting, wild fruit yeast or preserved stout making buggers? What about the yeasts at the bottom of ship wrecks hundreds of years old?
It's related to many things because can cause many things and in the first part beer will have five types of diseases...like Yeast Infection or Bacterial V.

Do you have any idea where Australia is.we are next to south pole its huge eski for our beer. Bacteria cant survive is sub freezing temperatures.
