That's my point, basically, UA's are not very reliable. What does a hair follicle test find, and how far back in time does it reach?

I think you have a lot of unnecessary hate towards recreational drug users. Do you feel the same way towards people who drink? What about people who regularly over eat and do not exercise?

Such naive responses.

In many cases, drug testing is required because OTHER people's lives could be at risk if YOU take drugs. OSHA, VPP, and other safety organizations require it. Doing Federal work require it. Insurance requires it. It's not invasive, it's in many cases, required by contract - either insurance, Government, safety standard committees, etc.

It's kind of ironic that people can drink up a storm.. and they won't know. If they could effectively test for that, they probably would. Annoying? Yea. Invasive? No.. you are a business, and need to protect your contracts, business and employees.
