they say that music can calm a savage beast and also they say that music is good for the soul; here is a music video that I think would do both...

to calm a savage beast and good for the soul

feel free to do the same and lets see if by the end of the thread this music collaboration makes us all feel better...

Something else to consider ...

There is a lot to be learned from music ... and its parts.

Now we are speaking my lingo!

This song has always gone straight to my soul and causes me to close my eyes and envision myself on a mountainside somewhere watching the sun set. I don't know why, but it is meditative and magical to me.

Another one that I don't know why, but has always pulled at my soul and I find healing for myself anyways.

Oh my....I feel so relaxed thank you so much for sharing the bowls...as soon as the 1st bowl was struck and the vibrational tone hit me ears my eyes immediately went unfocused...Is that what it was meant to do...plus it quieted my mind even with all the coffee in my veins....I am definately going to explore this..

You could not have picked a better song of fleetwood than dreams to calm and soothe...

And the eagle song...it was the lyrics that did it for me!!! Great choices

I am glad you "got it".

I do think vibrational tones are key. In a healing sense as well as being soothing or exciting to the soul when
applied to music.

Please update on your exploration.

I used to listen to and loved this music in the 1990's...hauntingly beautiful...
...I get very cranky when I am tired and back then as a single mom music was way more relevent. This Gregorian music would calm my frazzled nerves...I wonder if my daughter remembers this music she was very young...between the ages of 4-5 years old...I will have to play it for her just to see how she reacts to it....

Enya had been one of my "getting really deep into my soul" singers for many years.

Ever since Orinoco Flow
