Yaz, Yasmin and Ocella - Dialing for new clients??

Okay, this is an odd one but it was an odd call to get. My wife got a call a short time ago from a (213) Anonymous number, which we've come to recognize as being a Collector, Solicitor or Government agency of one sort or another. So, being curious, she answered it.

What this turned out to be was someone COLD CALLING (she's never taken Yaz, Yasmin or Ocella..or had any condition or issue which would have) to inquire about her past medical history with any of those 3 drugs. Not content with a simple no, this guy pushed for several minutes in asking different ways, as if to encourage her to come up with a better and different answer??

Now we've all seen these ads on TV where Law Firms are cold advertising to draw clients into class action lawsuits for things like this. This is the first time I've ever heard of cold calling people's homes to drum up legal business with completely blind phone lists??

Anyone else have any contact with this? It's a totally new one for me.
