Yeah full moon. Could be reflection off the water. Could be it's own illumination source.

It was a sub lenticular reflection from heated gases emanating from plant life at the ocean floor about 105 meters below this location, its a common reversion of the 'mirage' you see in the deserts of the Sahara, except this is aquatic based thus producing this illusion. Case closed/solved.

But really when you think about it, if this WAS true..the Aliens have a sunroof on their ship?!? LOL why would they need to pop the roof open to do a surgery? They dont have lights inside their ship? Where's the logic to what we think we're seeing here?!! LOL
