World Affairs & Foreign Policy Analysis in RATS?

I was wondering if there could be a serious discussion thread on Foreign policy and world affairs that could be in RATS or similar to RATS that would require additional points to access.
I know that there is a group called "Other Current Events" but I was hoping there could be something with limited access to keep the discussion serious and informed.
FOr instance I know that Vallhall has a world sit rep pertaining to travel warnings, etc in RATS, this could go in the Foriegn Policy Analysis group as well as posts like Japan preparing for war with China?.
From what I understand there are a few ATS members who are highly qualified to post analysis on world affairs.
