Isn't it? He basically was advertising for the NRA, which is a lobby/special interest group whose goal is to influence congress using "campaign donations" and pushing a political agenda.

This "kid" was simply doing that, while hiding behind the 1st Amendment. It's no different than the Klan marching, pushing their agenda and hiding behind the 1st Amendment when people get upset at their hate speech.
