Isn't mustard gas able to be made from two simple common household chemicals and it can kill people for several hundred yard for several weeks? How are sparklers a threat in comparison?

Thank god the 64oz mega gulp is still available in NYC, at least the people will have a means of defending themselves from those sparkler toting terrorists that will be roaming the streets in search of people to scorch. The good citizens will just throw said mega gulp on the sparklers foiling their evil plans of spreading terror through death by sparkler.

Wow this is just crazy I really think there is something seriously wrong with that man. The only time fireworks are banned in Texas is when a county is experiencing a drought and the ban is only temporary. Never because the fear of terrorism.

Unfortunately, you have painted a mental picture for me that I don't want in my head.

I'm so tired of this stale terrorism crap from these people.

The really tragic part is that all they have to do is show some pictures or videos and people will let them get away with it regardless of whether or not it's really necessary. And heaven forbid it actually happens once or twice like it did in Boston and all 300 million of us have to stop using pressure cookers. It's so transparently stupid. Obviously, there's risk involved in having freedom.
