The obvious answer is you will know for sure when your heart stops beating. Or you can just believe whatever you want in the meantime.
There is "magic in mystery" so perhaps understand how to use this before taking on greater challenges.

The video is as accurate as it can be. Listen to it carefully and you can check for yourself - it is an inquiry - it is not a fact giver which you have to believe or not believe.

To embrace solipsism is to admit that you YOURSELF created Mozart and Shakespeare's masterpieces. To create quantum physics and to view beauty out there and such things. You get the drift. So you are saying that you are a genius.

I have no more questions. What is happening is all that is happening - there's nothing else ever.
I did not create anything as there has never been any 'thing' created. Experience is continually changing presently.
