Regular exercise is the core of a long and healthy life. All the muscles building foods and supplements are there to help you exercise better, and when you exercise, better you gain numerous health benefits.

Hell maybe a shot of patron too while your at it!! Working out is great for the body, I do it every morning at 0630 till 0800....plus the shot of patron!

Actually there have been studies which show that people who exercise die young...
