possible clue

Ok, I don't know if this is a clue that will solve this puzzle or if it's just a bunch of gibberish but here it goes....

In the member center there are user names 0 - 12 but there is no 7,9 and 11

0-4 have a status of (the4) and thier location is "classified"
0-3 have 1 post but 4 has 4 posts. If anyone can find this members posts I would like to see them.

also in the bio of #3 there is a url of a .gif this
the letters are very,very small and maginfying them makes them unreadable. I do not have the proper software to render it ledgable so if there's anyone out there who wants to take a stab at it feel free.

I think the missing numbers are from people that have left. Gif interesting tthough, its in English but difficult to read. We need more expertise here...

Dont worry when someone doesnt reply straight away, this is a worldwide 24 hour board, people log on at different times...

You have to shift some pixel lines to be able to read it tho.

0,1,2,3,4,5 were all part of the rings hunt.

There were many clues throughout ats, several coded like above.
