Vehicle drives into SF Bay, divers seek victims

A minivan just jumped a couple of curbs and sped right into the water in San Francisco Bay.



Police say people from a civilian boat were trying to help the occupants of the van or SUV that was partly submerged. They were soon joined by divers from the police and fire departments.

SAN FRANCISCO—Police say has a vehicle has driven straight into the San Francisco Bay, and dive teams are trying to save people believed to be inside.
San Francisco police spokesman Gordon Shyy says several urgent calls reported that someone had driven into the bay in front of many witnesses at Marina Green at about 5 p.m. Friday

Doesn't seem unusual since its highly uncommon for a car to go into the bay. I don't know where this location is. Did they go off a bridge or just the side of the road?
