The biggest problem with commercial fish is sulfites added to keep the smell from forming. This kinda cancels out some of the beneficial effects.
Anything to do with commercial production deals with chemicals...whether it is fruit or animal products. Unless it is stated to be 100% organic, then
it will not matter what you eat, you will still be poisoned by the corporations.
