According to my results, my parents were possibly listening to the soundtrack of Grease. I had two Grease and a couple get-your-groove-on disco songs. lol

Get yo' freak on Mom and Dad!

I need to go and scrub my brain down with a Brillo pad now.

Okay, here's my list:
[ext]1. 'The Ballad Of The Green Berets' by S/Sgt. Barry Sadler (U.S. Army Special Forces)

2. '19th Nervous Breakdown' by The Rolling Stones

3. '(You're My) Soul And Inspiration' by The Righteous Brothers

4. 'Daydream' by The Lovin' Spoonful

5. 'Homeward Bound' by Simon and Garfunkel[/ext]

I'll have to ask if one of those songs was "the one". As to your birthday......brain is jello right now, so I'll have to get back to you. (Does that statement give away my age?)

Try this link

The number 1 hit for my Birthdate is Finger of suspicion by Dickie Valantine. Go figure on the title and singers name, or is it my twisted mind!!!!
edit on 20-6-2013 by keenasbro because: edit to add

Thanks for that, yes your mind is twisted but don't worry because mine must be as well considering that I understand exactly how yours is working in reference to the artists name and the song title.

The song that was number one on the day I was born is a lame whiny love song of the type that I dislike intensely.

Haha! This thread is fun
I was born in 1984 and the songs that came up..were funny

1. 'Flashdance...What A Feeling' by Irene Cara
2. 'Time(clock of the heart) by Culture Club
3. 'Electric Avenue' by Eddy Grant
4. 'Every breath you take' by the Police
5. 'Lets dance' by David Bowie

My parents actually told me what song they were listening to..but of course I can't remember the exact one...but I do know it was a Led Zeppelin song.

Haha! No... I know it was not that one, they were listening to a record
and...their "song" was 'thank you'...so maybe it was that one.

That is a great song in my opinion.

Thanks for the dedication...and the compliment!

And yeah, I did get Rick Rolled before I was even born, LOL...I was born two weeks and two days early so I checked the date for my actual time of conception...and the damned song was STILL in the top five! Seriously...I don't know whether to laugh or be a little upset, LOL.

I guess this only applies for English speaking countries.
If you were born in, I don't know, let's say Ecuador, their top songs for that week were not probably English songs.
